Lewis O’Brien is once again on Leeds United’s radar heading into the summer transfer window.
Leeds secured their Premier League status for another season last weekend and work has already been done to strengthen Jesse Marsch’s squad.
Brenden Aaronson has arrived from RB Salzburg, giving Leeds depth in the attacking midfield area.
However, more work looks set to be done on strengthening that particular problem position.
As per a report from The Sun, Leeds retain an interest in Huddersfield Town midfielder, O’Brien, who was on their radar last summer under Marcelo Bielsa.
In the end, Huddersfield kept hold of the 23-year-old and tied him down to a new contract.
However, this report claims that Leeds could make a fresh ?10m move to sign the midfielder this summer, with their chances of doing the deal increasing after a survival.
A potential stumbling block, though, could be Huddersfield winning promotion to the Premier League and offering O’Brien a top-flight chance at the John Smith’s Stadium.
Huddersfield face Nottingham Forest in the Championship play-off final this afternoon, with a place in the Premier League on the line.

O’Brien has improved massively over the last 12 months.
When Leeds were initially plotting a move for him, you felt he still had a touch of developing to do before he was ready for the Premier League.
However, after an outstanding season with Huddersfield, there’s no denying he looks a top-flight player.
Leeds could find so many uses for him, too, either in a double pivot or as an inverted winger, supporting attacks.
The 23-year-old is a bundle of energy and would be a top signing this summer at ?10m.
Of course, though, this deal is resting on Forest beating Huddersfield this afternoon, as Town winning promotion would surely lead to them retaining O’Brien and handing him fresh terms.
Quiz: One question about every Leeds United first-team player – Can you score 100%?
