Feyenoord winger Luis Sinisterra is set to make his Leeds United transfer official within hours, according to Depor.
The South American outlet has reported that the Colombian international already has everything ready to finalise his contract at Elland Road ahead of the move.
Sinisterra will replace the outgoing Raphinha, who could seal his exit this week before the club jets off to Australia for their mega pre-season tour.
Depor shared comments from Sinisterra from a local radio station where he even compares himself to new Liverpool signing Luis Diaz, who arrived back in January from Porto.
His pace and skill is something that will no doubt terrorise defences in the Premier League.
Victor Orta has moved quickly to get a deal over the line for Sinisterra, as well as Tyler Adams, so they can both be on the plane for that Australia trip – seemingly using that Kalvin Phillips money.
Here We Go.
Wow, Orta has really gone into overdrive this week.
With the Phillips money coming in from Manchester City, Andrea Radrizzani has clearly thrown it straight to his right-hand man to get to work immediately.
He certainly hasn’t disappointed either, with no-one finding out about Sinisterra until personal terms were already said to have been agreed with the player.
The Daily Mail reported in their print edition on Tuesday [05 July] that the jet-heeled winger has already jetted into England so this move becoming official within hours would certainly make sense.
This is perfect to get someone in to replace Raphinha before he has actually left with the midfield also being sorted with the arrival of Tyler Adams too.
That will then leave all of the money brought in from the Brazilian to spend on a new striker, something that will certainly open the door to Brugges star Charles De Ketelaere.
In other Leeds United news, the Whites now want to sign this striker with a rival set to kickstart a major £30million+ transfer battle
