Leicester City have joined Leeds United in the race to sign Dutch winger, Cody Gakpo, according to The Mirror.
The newspaper reported on their printed edition (3 July, page 76) that the PSV Eindhoven winger is being targeted by Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur as well.
The Whites have earmarked him as a potential option to replace Raphinha who is almost dead-cart to leave the Yorkshire club this summer.

If Raphinha leaves the club, which is inevitable, the club must do everything to sign Gakpo.
The 23-year-old was in superb form last season, where he scored 21 goals and supplied 15 assists in 46 appearances across all competitions.
He would be a fantastic addition to the club, but The Mirror suggests that the “exciting” forward is holding out for a move to a top-six club this summer.
Both Leicester and Leeds cannot offer him European football, something the two north London clubs can offer.
However, the Whites can still lure him to Elland Road with the offer of regular football, plus a hefty pay package.
He is a versatile winger, although he doesn’t he isn’t necessarily a like-for-like replacement for Raphinha. However, it’s up to the manager who will make the final call on how to use him properly.
Gakpo looks like a class player who knows where the net is, and at the same time has the habit of creating goals for others. Over to you, Victor Orta.
