Leeds United are still likely to be somewhat active as the month of July comes towards a conclusion, with Jesse Marsch already well on the way to completing his business.
The Whites have been very active so far in the summer window, making six signings to bolster the first team under Marsch.
After narrowly avoiding relegation last season, the club are looking to build towards Premier League stability and have put their money where their mouth is so far.
Significant outgoings have been sealed too with Leeds unable to keep the squad perfectly intact for 2022/23.
Here, we look at two more transfer sagas that we expect to reach their conclusion before the end of July…
Charles De Ketelaere
The Belgian international looks like Leeds’ final piece of major incoming business this summer as Marsch eyes up more quality for the attack.
De Ketelaere looks almost certain to leave Club Brugge this summer with Leeds and AC Milan both looking to sign the forward.
While Leeds have put down substantial offers already for the 21-year-old, the lure of Champions League football keeps AC Milan in pole position.
There is no confirmation of where he is going to be playing his football next season, and this is a signing that Leeds seem intent on completing to strengthen the front line alongside Patrick Bamford.
After the sale of Raphinha, Leeds are expecting to be heading into these negotiations with a lot more intent – per Phil Hay.

Jack Harrison
In terms of outgoings, there aren’t many first-team players that are going to be allowed to leave after Kalvin Phillips and Raphinha.
Another star name that is being linked with a move away is Jack Harrison, with the Daily Mail reporting last weekend that Newcastle United are interested in signing him.
Leeds have previously slapped a ?30million price tag on the winger in order to ward off any suitors in this window.
Having signed a permanent deal back in 2021, Harrison has two years left on his deal and could be someone that the club look to tie down as the Magpies test the waters.
Harrison has been reported elsewhere as someone who Eddie Howe sees as backup to Allan Saint-Maximin:
